Dr. Goswami carries a unique blend of academic, policy and implementation experience in the CSR space. With over 25 years advising and influencing business on the practical and strategic choices of CSR, Dr. Goswami is also a member of Government of India instituted Disclosure Framework committee to design an e-Form under MCA 21 by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to take forward the agenda of “Inclusive and Sustainable Growth” in India. She has previously led CSR initiatives of Good and Green at Godrej Industries Limited, Indus Tower and Microsoft. She was recently awarded with a “Sustainability Superwomen” award instituted by CSR Works of Singapore. She headed the CHETNA board as its chairperson for a decade.
